On May 27th, 2020, starting around 21:27 UTC, we began investigating an issue with the Dyn Managed DNS Portal. Our engineers performed server restarts which mitigated the impact on May 27th, 2020 at 21:57 UTC.
Customers may have been unable to access the Portal to make changes to their DNS Zones and received a "503" error. Access through the API was not affected by this event.
