Between 14:10 and 14:35 UTC on November 29 2019, we identified an issue with Oracle Dyn Web Application Security Suite in the OCI Brazil East (Sao Paulo) region, and we've confirmed that service has been restored. Customer Impact: Customers may have been unable to access the web applications from the OCI Brazil East (Sao Paulo) region.
