[Retrospective] Emergency Provider Maintenance in Hong Kong

Resolved

On January 8th 2019 between 10:55 UTC and 11:12 UTC, one of Dyn's upstream transit providers performed emergency maintenance on their infrastructure in Hong Kong. There was no impact to Dyn Managed DNS Nameservers or Peripheral Infrastructure, although some users may have experienced additional DNS query latency as traffic was routed to other paths.
