[Retrospective] Dyn Email Delivery API issues

Between approximately 19:07 UTC and 20:05 UTC on April 26th, 2016, some customers may have experienced connectivity issues when attempting to connect to our Dyn Email Delivery API. This issue affected reporting and sending via the API however, sending via SMTP as well as reports via web portal were not affected.
