On August 5th, 2017, beginning around 1:03 UTC, Dyn began tracking an issue at our North Bergen, NJ (EWR) datacenter as a result of emergency maintenance.
As a result of this issue, some customers may see a delay in sent count reporting metrics for Dyn Email Delivery. Mail sending and the API were not affected.
In addition, Managed DNS customers may have experienced additional DNS query latency in the US East region as traffic was directed to other locations. DNS resolution was not affected by this event.
