[Retrospective] DynDNS Remote Access Degradation

Resolved

On February 9, 2018 at approximately 15:15 UTC, Remote Access customers experienced resolution failures on the following hostnames: stuff-4-sale.us, is-by.us, land-4-sale.us, renesys.us, shacknet.us, hivecast.us, perldevelopers.us, nameiron.us, autofailover.us, tzo.us, tzolkin.us, everydns.us. As of February 11, 2018 at 18:00 UTC, this issue is now resolved. No other Remote Access hostnames or services were impacted by this event.
