On October 12th, 2019, between 11:00 UTC and 19:00 UTC, our engineering team will be performing a DNS maintenance for customers utilizing the old AWS infrastructure. During this maintenance our engineering team will be pointing the CNAMEs to our MegaPOP infrastructure.
If not done previously, customers are encouraged to whitelist our MegaPOP subnets as referenced from within the Dojo Web Interface for all web application firewall services. Our MegaPOP Subnets could be found in your Dojo Administration tab – "Info and Support" tab (expanded) –"EDGE Nodes IPs".
Please be advised this notification applies only to customers that have their traffic routed through the AWS infrastructure.
