Starting on Wednesday, April 11th, 2018 at 18:00 UTC Oracle Email Delivery will be performing scheduled maintenance in order to implement performance tuning measures in the database, which will increase response times when performing database queries from the RestAPI applications.
A rolling release will be applied, hence downtime is not expected at any time during this maintenance window.
