[Retrospective] Bulk Hosting Zone Propagation Delay

Resolved

At approximately 00:51 UTC on Tuesday, March 20th, Managed DNS for Hosting(Bulk Hosting) zone propagation was delayed. This incident was resolved 03:06 UTC and zone propagation was restored. There was no impact to Dyn Managed DNS services and resolution.
