[Retrospective] Emergency Provider Maintenance in Shanghai, China

Resolved

On November 18th 2018 between 08:50 UTC and 09:50 UTC, one of Dyn's upstream transit providers performed emergency maintenance on their infrastructure in Shanghai China. There was no impact to Dyn Managed DNS Nameservers or Peripheral Infrastructure, although some users may have experienced additional DNS query latency as traffic was routed to other paths.
