[Retrospective] Dyn Managed DNS API Degradation

Resolved

On June 23rd 2017, between 13:57 and 14:17 UTC, Dyn Engineers noticed a degradation in our Managed DNS API performance. Users interacting with the API may have experienced delayed transactions. No impact to Dyn Managed DNS Nameservers or other peripheral infrastructure is expected. This situation has been resolved.
