This issue has been resolved. Affected customers should no longer see "approved sender not found" alerts. Customers are recommended to resend any email messages that were not delivered as a result of this issue.

Investigating
Starting around 18:00 UTC on August 25th, 2016, the Dyn Email Delivery platform began experiencing an increase in unapproved sender alerts. Affected customers will see an increase in messages appearing in the 'Issues' report indicating that their From address is not an Approved Sender, despite the From address being correctly added to their account. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue. We do not recommend that customers make any changes to their configuration in response to this issue at this time, and we will continue to provide updates as we have them.
