[Retrospective] Dyn Managed DNS API Degradation

Resolved

On July 17th, 2018, between 09:00 UTC and 19:04 UTC, customers may have experienced intermittent timeouts to the Managed DNS API. Our engineers were able to identify and correct this issue. There was no impact to Dyn Managed DNS Nameservers or other peripheral infrastructure.
