[Retrospective] Dyn Managed DNS API Degradation

Resolved

On December 5th 2017, between 10:55 and 11:10 UTC, following our scheduled maintenance window Dyn engineers noted issues with the Managed DNS API which have been resolved. Users interacting with the API may have experience delayed or dropped transactions during this time. No impact to Dyn Managed DNS Nameservers or other peripheral infrastructure is expected.
