Monitoring
Our engineers continue to work to restore performance to the Managed DNS and Email Delivery API and customers should now experience stable performance. Customers using the Managed DNS and Email Delivery web portal should now be able to view the web portal. Engineers are monitoring zone propagation for Primary and Secondary zones. Updates will be sent as we have more information.

Update
Our engineers continue to work to restore performance to the Managed DNS and Email Delivery API and as a result some customers may continue to experience service degradation. Customers using the Managed DNS and Email Delivery web portal may also continue to experience degradation. Customers utilizing Remote Access should now able to make manual and automatic updates to their dynamic hostnames.

Update
Our engineers continue to investigate the issue. Customers using Managed DNS may experience degradation with primary and secondary zone propagation and Advanced services monitoring. Engineers are working to resolve degradation with the Managed DNS and Email Delivery API and web portal.

Investigating
On September 7th, 2018, beginning around 21:00 UTC, some customers may have begun experiencing problems logging into and navigating within the Dyn Email Delivery Portal and Dyn Managed DNS Portal. Our engineers are investigating the issue and we will post updates as they become available. Additionally customers using the Email Delivery and Managed DNS API may experience degradation. Customers using account.dyn.com for Standard DNS may experience issues logging into the portal. DNS resolution is not impacted by this event.
