Issue updating DS keys for DNSSEC signed zones

We have recently become aware of a minor issue with updating DS keys on DNSSEC signed zones. If clicking the “Load DS Key” button in the Managed DNS Portal does not result in a new key being generated, please contact Technical Support for assistance; they will provide you with a simple workaround. Please note that this issue only affects a small number of signed zones and our engineers are working on a permanent fix.

Customers are not encouraged to make any changes at this time. Customers with questions are encouraged to reach out to  our Technical Support Team.
