{Retrospective} China network latency

Incident Report for Oracle + Dyn

Resolved

On December 20th, 2017, between 18:10 and 18:45 UTC, customers using our China Network may have experienced issues with latency and packet loss on Dynect China Network nameservers. One of Dyn's upstream transit providers began performing emergency maintenance on their infrastructure in Shanghai China. No impact to Dyn Managed DNS Nameservers or peripheral infrastructure was observed.
