In order to comply with security guidelines and to improve the OCI Web Application Firewall product security, we will be removing support for TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1 protocols, and TLS 1.2 Weak Ciphers on January 15th, 2021.

Therefore, OCI is requesting all customers to verify the TLS protocols used on their web applications and clients and to modify them accordingly.

Resolved - On November 24, 2020, between 16:31 and 19:09 UTC, Managed DNS customers making changes to zones which contain ALIAS records, DNSSEC or Policy Steering Services may have experienced delayed propagation of those changes. The issue is now resolved.

Investigating - On Tuesday, November 24th, 2020, at approximately 12:45 UTC, Oracle Dyn Web Application Security Suite began experiencing a delay in logs. Engineers are investigating the incident, however traffic and services are not currently affected. Logs will be processed as soon as the issue is resolved.

No impact to DynECT Managed DNS Nameserver or Peripheral Infrastructure is expected, although some users in the region may experience additional DNS query latency as traffic is routed to other sites.

Scheduled - Oracle+Dyn will be performing maintenance of the Dyn Email API infrastructure during the established regular maintenance window on Tuesday morning, Nov 17th 2020 between 10:00 UTC and 11:00 UTC (5:00am-6:00am US Eastern Time).

Possible impact may occur for customers actively using the API at the time of the update, this change may cause the currently connected session to end and a new session will need to be established.
