Scheduled - On December 12th, 2019, between 08:00 and 14:00 UTC, one of our upstream transit providers will be performing maintenance on their infrastructure in Palo Alto, California. No impact to Dyn Managed DNS Nameserver or peripheral infrastructure is expected, although some users may experience additional DNS query latency as traffic is routed to other paths.

Identified - On December 9th, 2019, beginning around 07:00 UTC, Oracle + Dyn Web Application Security Suite engineers began investigating an issue that is affecting the Traffic Logs in the Dojo portal. Traffic and services are not currently affected.

Investigating - Beginning 18:22 UTC November 29th, 2019, some customers may have experienced degraded performance of their Dyn Email Delivery Service.

Customers may experience an influx in email bounces and delayed bounce processing. Engineering is currently investigating the issue and updates will be posted as they become available.

Customers are encouraged to contact the Product Support Team if they have additional questions.

Resolved - Between 14:10 and 14:35 UTC on November 29 2019, we identified an issue with Oracle Dyn Web Application Security Suite in the OCI Brazil East (Sao Paulo) region, and we've confirmed that service has been restored. Customer Impact: Customers may have been unable to access the web applications from the OCI Brazil East (Sao Paulo) region.
