On September 6, 2018 between 13:00 UTC and 1400 UTC, the Dyn Managed DNS API will stop supporting an outdated version of the Secure Socket Layer protocol, SSLv3. Customers using the outdated version will no longer be able to connect to the API and will need to upgrade to a newer version of the protocol.

Investigating - On August 8th, beginning around 16:10 UTC, one of Dyn's upstream transit providers began performing emergency maintenance on their infrastructure in Los Angeles, CA, USA. No impact to Dyn Managed DNS Nameservers or peripheral infrastructure is expected, although some users may experience additional DNS query latency as traffic is routed to other paths.
