Scheduled - Dyn Email will undergo maintenance during the regular maintenance window on Thursday morning, August 3, between 09:00 UTC and 10:00 UTC. Web portal and REST API services will not be available for a time to support this maintenance, but email sending and open/click request processing will continue to function throughout. No sending/delivery delays are expected, but reporting data may be delayed for a short time.

Between 17:47 and 18:06 UTC on July 24th, 2017, customers of the Standard DNS Webhop service may have experienced a degradation of service. Customers attempting to access URLs that use this service will have noticed 404 errors when accessing their website. Our engineers have corrected the issue.

When attempting to log in to the Portal, customers may have experienced intermittent 50x errors and delayed response times. Please note that email sending was not affected by this issue.

Additionally, customers may experience intermittent issues when attempting to login to the Dyn Email Delivery Portal. Please note that email sending was not affected by this issue.
