Dear Customer,

Oracle strives to provide best-in-class products and services to meet and exceed our customers’ needs throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle. Because of the resources required to build and support emerging products and solutions, we occasionally need to retire older products and discontinue their support.

This notice is to inform your company that the Oracle Network L3/L4 DDoS Mitigation Service has been assigned to End of Life (EOL) status and will be retired on May 31, 2020. You will be able to continue to use your service until this EOL date at which time the service will be turned off. At that time, your GRE tunnels and direct connects will be decommissioned. Always On customers must have a migration plan in place prior to May 31, 2020 to avoid network outages.
