Oracle has updated its Acceptable Use Policy for Dyn Services to better describe permissible practices in relation to using Oracle’s Dyn Email Delivery Services. You may view the policy at https://dyn.com/legal/acceptable-use-policy/.

The changes to the Acceptable Use Policy will take effect immediately, unless a later date is specified in your agreement with Oracle/Dyn.

Scheduled - On Thursday, January 18th, 2018, between 20:15 and 21:15 UTC we will be releasing version 5.2.39 of our Dyn Managed DNS platform to production.

Changes included in this release:
* The 'Expert Editor' will now remove spaces from node names.
* The internal-only GetOracleCustomerMetadata API call now has a mode to fetch all data at once.
* Some NRPE scripts are now aware of the current active core site.
* Pending changes are removed upon user deletion.
* ALIAS records can no longer reference the node on which they appear.

Once complete, changes from this release will be published in our change log along with previous releases.

Investigating - On January 8th, 2018, beginning around 19:11 UTC, one of our SMS providers began having intermittent delays in 2FA code messages. We are working with the provider to get these issues resolved as quickly as possible. TOTP authenticator applications, such as Google Auth, used for 2FA verification are not affected. Updates will be posted as they become available.
