Investigating - On June 18th, 2017, beginning around 11:40 UTC, Dyn began tracking an issue at our PAO datacenter. Some customers may experience problems logging into and navigating within the Dyn Email Delivery Portal, Dyn Managed DNS Portal and the Self Service portal at account.dyn.com.

Any customers utilizing Dyn's Managed DNS API or Email Delivery API in that location may also experience interruptions. At this time, advanced services monitoring and failover, zone propagation and zone transfers may also be impacted as well as dynamic DNS updates. DNS resolution is not being impacted by this event. Our engineering team is working towards resolution. All updates will be posted as they become available.

Investigating - On June 12th, 2017, Dyn began performing maintenance on our Remote access and Standard DNS platform. As part of this maintenance, the dyndns.org redirect that many routers use for Remote Access hostname updates is no longer redirecting. Customers are encouraged to update their router configurations to point to members.dyndns.com instead of dyndns.org or dyn.com.

Scheduled - On Monday, June 12th, 2017, between 14:00 and 16:30 UTC Dyn will be performing maintenance on the internal database architecture utilized by Dyn's self service products platform, which includes Remote Access, Standard DNS, and Managed DNS Express. During this time, self service related access at account.dyn.com and products associated with this platform will be unavailable.

In addition, updates associated with Dynamic DNS hostnames utilized by Remote Access and Standard DNS services will not be processed during this maintenance.

DNS resolution will not be affected by this maintenance.

Between June 12th, 2017 at 14:30 UTC and June 14, 2017 at 18:30 UTC, some users of Remote Access for Crestron devices may have had problems updating their hostnames. Our engineers have resolved the issue.
