On Tuesday, July 24th, 2018, between 17:30 and 18:30 UTC we will be releasing version 5.2.45 of our Dyn Managed DNS platform to production.

Changes included in this release:
* Internal support script fixes
* Bug fixes for the expert editor and Traffic Directory UI

Once complete, changes from this release will be published in our change log along with previous releases.

Investigating - Starting at approximately 00:15 UTC on July 16th, 2018, our engineers identified performance degradation with our DynECT Email Delivery Portal. When attempting to log in to the portal customers have experience intermittent 50x errors and delayed response times. Please note that email sending is not affected by this issue.

Resolved - Beginning on July 4th, 2018 at 23:02 UTC until July 5th 2018 at 15:20 UTC some customers searching the probe logs within the Traffic Director services may have returned No Data. Customers may see that logs during that timeframe are not available in the portal or through the API. There was no impact to health checks or failover events as a result of this issue.

As a result of this maintenance, customers utilizing our API endpoint must ensure their application(s) making API requests are capable of using TLS1.1 or TLS1.2. The following list of ciphers are supported:

This change affects reporting and sending via the API, however sending via SMTP as well as reports via web portal are not affected.
