Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Investigating - On June 16th, 2022 around 18:55 UTC, we began investigating intermittent issues affecting the Dyn Managed DNS API and UI. Customers may have observed intermittent 4XX errors on the API and web portal 503s. As of 19:10 UTC, the Managed DNS portal issues have stabilized.

Customers may still be observing 307 (Temporary Redirect) including the Job URI on API calls taking > 5 seconds. This is expected and customers should use the Job URI to check for results. We are actively working on a fix for this issue which primarily affects calls for large data sources such as GetAllRecords, GetZoneNotes and GetQueryStats. Updates will be provided here as available.

Customers with questions are encouraged to reach out to the Dyn Support team.

Investigating - Our engineers are currently investigating issues with the Managed DNS Active Failover service probe monitors causing unexpected failovers. Since as early as June 3rd, 2022 around 18:45 UTC, some Active Failover services are observing an unexpected number of probe monitors and unexpected failover events. Additionally, starting around June 14th, 2022, some customers are seeing unexpected probe locations monitoring their endpoints which are unable to be updated at this time

Engineers are investigating this incident with priority. Updates will be provided as available here.

Customers with questions are encouraged to reach out to the Dyn Product Support Teams.

Update - We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
Aug 9, 16:27 UTC
Identified - Starting around July 19th 2021, some customers using the Dyn Updater Client with recently updated Windows systems began seeing frequent pop-ups warnings from the Windows User Account Control (UAC) feature. At this time, we have identified the root cause but due to the complexity of the required update, we expect an extended time to release an updated Dyn Updater Client solution. In the interim, we encourage users who would like to discuss available work-around and alternative host updater options to reach out to customer support.
