[Retrospective] Dyn Healthcheck Service degradation

Resolved

Between 20:27 UTC and 20:50 UTC on September 28th, 2016, the Dyn Health Check service experienced a service degradation. The issue has been identified and resolved by our engineers. This issue did not affect customers using the Health Monitoring on our Dyn Managed DNS products.
