Investigating
At approximately 20:45 UTC, some users may be experiencing issues logging into the Email Delivery web portal. Our engineers are investigating the issue at this time. Email sending via SMTP and API are not affected at this time. Updates will be provided as we have more information.

Update
In addition to customers experiencing issues when accessing the web portal and reporting data, some customers may experience issues when attempting to send email via API. Our engineers are investigating the issue and we will update as soon as we have more information. Sending email via SMTP remains unaffected.

Investigating
At approximately 15:19 UTC on May 15th, 2018, Our engineers identified performance degradation with our Dyn Email Delivery login portal. When attempting to scope in to sub accounts, customers may be experiencing intermittent connection errors and delayed response times. Customers may also be experiencing delays in email reporting data. When attempting to send email, customers may be seeing authorization failures, as well. Engineering is currently investigating the issue and updates will be posted as information becomes available.
