On August 10th, 2019, Oracle will stop monitoring customer's web properties on behalf of our customers. Please note that this change affects all webapp monitoring alerts, but does not affect alerts related to DDoS products.

However, customers can sign up for the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Health Checks service which will provide external monitoring to determine the availability and performance of any publicly facing service. In order to Sign up for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure please follow the steps from the following guide: https://docs.cloud.oracle.com/iaas/Content/GSG/Tasks/signingup.htm. Once you sign up follow the steps from the following guide to set up the oracle healtchecks https://docs.cloud.oracle.com/iaas/Content/HealthChecks/Concepts/healthchecks.htm.
