[Retrospective] Dyn Managed DNS API Degradation

On July 13th, 2017, between 18:22 UTC and 18:40 UTC, Dyn engineers performed emergency maintenance on our Managed DNS API. Users interacting with the API may have experienced failed transactions and elevated zone propagation times. No impact to Dyn Managed DNS Nameserver resolution or other peripheral infrastructure was observed.
