On October 11, 2018, the Key Signing Key (KSK) for the root nameservers is being rolled by ICANN (the Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers). While no impact to Oracle Dyn's authoritative Managed DNS is expected, customers using DNSSEC should be aware of the change and potential impact to a small percentage of recursive resolvers.
