[Retrospective] Telephone Provider Issues

Resolved
On December 5th, 2017, between 15:02 UTC and 15:20 UTC our telephone provider began having intermittent issues receiving inbound phone calls to our Technical Support and Sales phone numbers. This issue has been resolved.
