On Wednesday, Sep 15th, 2021, starting at 09:45 UTC, the Oracle + Dyn Managed DNS service began experiencing zone propagation delays in some regions.

Engineers are investigating the issue. Customers with questions or concerns are encouraged to reach out to our Product Support Team.
