{Retrospective} Dyn Email Delivery Protal Degradation

In between 14:25 UTC and 14:34 UTC on July 24th, 2017, our engineers identified performance degradation with our Dyn Email Delivery Portal. When attempting to log in to the Portal, customers may have experienced intermittent 50x errors and delayed response times. Please note that email sending was not affected by this issue.
